Meet This May’s Tech of the Month

This month, we’d like to recognize Crystal Jones, a level 3/level 4 technician, for her exceptional performance. In her six years of working with Go2IT, Crystal has consistently received positive feedback on her work from clients, many of whom request her specifically. She has completed more than 80 projects for Go2IT, specializing in deployments, reimaging, hardware refreshes, and server installations.

Crystal’s project managers and coworkers describe her as someone who excels at her job and is very knowledgeable. Crystal routinely exceeds expectations in the course of her Go2IT assignments. For example, when a high-level tech was needed in Florida, where Crystal happened to be on vacation, she was able to plan around her activities to complete the assignment. Another time, when a tech needed assistance, Crystal drove more than 100 miles to help complete the assignment.
